Our Task
We wrapped this unique piece with beautiful leather.
We had a similar project when we were redoing our living room where we decided to reupholster our ottoman. We had an Ottoman that was similar to a coffee table and it had a glass top. The ottoman was starting to show its wear and we thought it would be a great idea to reupholster it. We got some new fabric and put it over the old fabric. We also took the opportunity to add some new trim to the ottoman. It turned out great and gave the ottoman a whole new look. We love how it turned out and get compliments on it all the time.
Ottomans lead double lives as footrests, coffee tables, and overflow seating when company runs long, and all that moonlighting catches up with them. By the time the fabric looks rough, the structure underneath usually needs attention too. A wobble you can feel through your heels means the frame is asking for help.
A reupholstery and repair visit typically covers:
With the bones sound, the new cover goes on with fitted corners and a clean finished base. An ottoman rebuilt this way sits solid underfoot again. Trays balance, drinks survive, and feet land on something dependable instead of something that sighs.
