Our Task
We were approached by a client who wanted us to reupholster his antique auto car. The car was a mixture of fabric and leather, and the client was very specific about the materials he wanted us to use. We began by disassembling the seats, door panels, and other upholstered areas of the car. We then cleaned and repaired any damage to the wood frame or springs. We carefully measured and cut the new fabric and leather, using templates to ensure a perfect fit. We then attached the new upholstery using a variety of techniques, depending on the type of material. Finally, we reassembled the car and gave it a final inspection. The client was thrilled with the results, and we were happy to have helped preserve this piece of history.
