This is beautiful Antique wicker rocking chair.
The old grey cushions were replaced with new cushions using Maine Green Fabric and all new foam. We also refinished the wood.
Upholstering a piece of furniture is a great way to give it a fresh new look. It can also be a fun and rewarding DIY project. Our recent upholstery project involved an Ethan Allen wingback chair. We started by removing the old fabric and batting. This was followed by measuring and cutting the new fabric. We then attached the new fabric to the chair using a staple gun. Once the fabric was in place, we added new batting and button tufts. The final step was to add trim around the edges. The whole process took several hours, but the end result was a beautiful chair that looks like new.
