Stitching a logo that lasts
An embroidered logo turns a seat recover into a small flag for the machine it sits on. The Honda mark has to land dead center, level, and sized right, because an off-center logo is the first thing every rider notices and the last thing they forgive. We have done enough of them to measure three times before the needle ever moves.
The embroidery goes in before the cover is assembled, while the panel still lies flat. Then the cover gets sewn up and pulled over fresh foam with enough tension to keep the emblem crisp instead of puckered. It is fussy work, and that is exactly why owners bring it to a shop instead of trying it at the kitchen table.
