Why we pattern every cushion off the boat
Here is a shop secret, no two boats of the same model are actually identical. Hulls flex, brackets get moved, and twenty years of previous repairs leave their mark. That is why we pattern cushions off your boat, not off a chart.
For a set of Mastercraft cushion seats, that means the boat or its old cushions come to Myerstown, and every new piece is templated to the real surfaces it has to fit. Snaps land exactly where the deck fittings are, piping follows the true edge, and nothing puckers or overhangs. From there the build is familiar, quick-dry or closed-cell foam depending on where each cushion lives, marine-grade vinyl on top, and UV-stable thread in every seam so the stitching survives as long as the material.
