We completely renovated the upholstery by creating new cushions and throw pillows, which we made of premium marine grey vinyl.

An RV is a house that hits potholes, so its upholstery lives a harder life than anything in your living room. Sun pouring through big windows, constant vibration, and years of road trips flatten cushions and split seams on dinette benches, sofas, and captain chairs.
A repair like this usually covers a few fronts at once:
- New high-density foam where cushions have packed down
- Fabrics and vinyls chosen to shrug off UV and spills
- Seams restitched on our walking-foot Consew machines
We keep the original lines and colors in mind so the finished interior still looks like it belongs to the coach instead of announcing that it was redone. Matching a factory pleat pattern from twenty years ago is a small point of pride around here.
